FALL

FALL

Why do we fall in love? Honestly, when it comes to love, I consider myself as the most stupid human being God ever created. Sobrang tanga ako pagdating sa love. Kapag in love, I always make sure to give it all. Ang ending, palagi akong talo. They always say, “napakaswerte naman nya.” I say, “Oo nga, ako lang hindi.”

Minsan kahit may nagkakagusto satin, ‘di natin pinapansin, kasi hinihintay natin yung taong imposibleng maging atin. Saklap dre! Laslas na friend!

Psychologists say, time can heal a broken heart, but time can also break a waiting heart. Ganyang-ganyan ako eh. I have been hurt because of waiting, but I also learned when to give up and let go. Ang tagal ng ko mag-move on before I accept the reality, the truth that I’m loving someone who’s loving someone else.  Tapos, paulit-ulit. I don’t know if I’m really loving the feeling of being hurt or I’m just really, you know “mapagmahal” lol. Don’t get me wrong, who the hell wants to be the one that’s ending always being hurt?! ‘di ba wala naman? Ewan ko lang sa mga masochist, tipong “Love The Way You Lie Part 2” ang peg. They try to run, but they don’t really want to never leave.

It’s always about moving on. Remember the 4 R’s Of Moving On ayon sa BDKCNCM. Haha!

There are also top reasons why she/he doesn’t like you when you have a crush or inlove ka na sa kanya.

1.Hindi nya type ang pagmumukha mo

2. Masama ang ugali mo

3.Hindi nya trip ang trip mong TV shows

4. Sabi sa horoscope nyoo, hindi kayo bagay.

I actually have asked my friends to explain and give their opinions why and how do we fall in love. And here are their answers; pagpasensyahan nyo na kasi ginawa nilang txt. LOL

Bhing: Love doesn’t need a quote or a saying….if u love sum1 enuf there aren’t any words 2 describe it or explain it…u just knw…in the depths of ur soul.

Mother F: Love: it has sneaky habit of comin’ in w/out even knockin’ and before you knew it, you are obsessed..

Time Check: 11:50PM PhT 6th July.

Living Young and Wild and Free playing on the background sa headset ko.

Tahimik na naman si Ophax.  Bakit kaya???

Try n’yo hulaan. Heheh!

Alam n’yo kasi, tahimik ako ngayon kasi tinatamad ako. I’m not in my mood working today. Kaya naisipan ko magpost. Irate pa callers ko ngayon.

Caller: “I don’t wanna talk to you.”

I said:  “Let me just transfer your call to a psychic helpline.”

Haha! Joke lang ah.

Anyways, today I’m gonna tour you to all places I’ve been to,here in Cebu and some other places.  I can’t post all pictures kasi daghan man oy. Hahaha! Yey! Kasabot na ‘ko Bisaya. Hahah…

Heto na…

One of Cebu’s famous man-made park is D’ Family Park found in Talamban, Cebu in the Philippines. It is a nature park with a mini zoo similar to Crocolandia in Talisay, Cebu. It is perfect for family picnic and venue for large group activities and it is the first of its kind here in Cebu. It is inside the 20-hectare compound managed by the Metropolitan Cebu Water District or MCWD.

Cebu IT Park, formerly known as Asiatown IT Park, is the flagship project of Cebu Property Ventures and Development Corporation (CPVDC). It is a 24-hectare IT economic zone and a modern trading hub with global gateway. The park was recognized on April 6, 2000 by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority Board as an Information Technology park, and was granted Special Economic Zone Status by virtue of Presidential Proclamation No. 12 on February 27, 2001.

Papa Kit’s Marina and Lagoon. Perfect for adventures or thrill seekers and for the family. Not only that they have an exciting zipline – An 800-meter zipline was built with a unique feature for it pass across the Silot Bay. The first end of the zipline was located on the mountain and the other end was located on an island in the Silot Bay. They also have horseback riding, fishing lagoons and a restaurant.

Mactan Shrine in Punta Engaño, Mactan Island, Cebu, Philippines is where the battle for supremacy and freedom took place between Ferdinand Magellan and Lapu-Lapu. Because of the success in Christianizing some native, Ferdinand Magellan a Portuguese explorer crossed the channel to Mactan Island in the hope to spread Christianity in the area. But even before reaching the shore, Magellan along with his 49 Christian soldiers were defeated by the chieftain of Mactan, Lapu-Lapu, along with his approximately 1,500 warriors armed with barong, spears, kampilan and kalasag on April 27,1521. Magellan and several other men were killed. This was later recognized as the historic Battle of Mactan.

Magellan’s Cross, located in Magellanes Street, is Cebu’s most important historical landmark and an important shrine.
In 1521 the Portuguese navigator, Ferdinand Magellan, erected the original large wooden cross at this location where Cebu’s Rajah Humaton, his wife Juana, and 800 followers were baptised on April 14, 1521 and the first Catholic mass in Cebu (in fact, the first Catholic mass in the Philippines) was celebrated.
The original cross gradually deteriorated as over the years the faithful took little pieces of the cross as mementos. In 1845 another cross was placed at the spot. The new cross was made of tindalo wood and inside a hollow inside splinters of the original Magellan’s Cross were preserved.
Today a tiled pavillion shelters the cross and a ceiling mural depicts the scene of the first mass and commemorates the conversion of the first Filipinos to Christianity.

Fort San Pedro was built by Spanish and Cebuano laborers as a military defense structure. The fort’s name was taken from Miguel Lopez de Legazpi’s flagship “San Pedro” in which he sailed the Pacific Ocean. They started the building of Fort San Pedro on May 8, 1565 eleven days after their arrival in Cebu with Legazpi himself breaking the ground. This is the same year where they sent a small party to explore Siquijor: The island of Fire.

Ghosts and mystical stories are nothing new at one of Cebu’s popular tourist destinations — the Kawasan falls in Badian town, Cebu. The water coming from the falls is clean and crystal clear.

Night view of Cebu from Mountain View Nature’s Park, Inc., Brgy. Busay. Mountain View Nature’s Park is located in Sitio Garahe Busay, Cebu City. It’s just 15 to 20 minute ride from the city. It’s a different recreation area since it’s on top of a mountain. You can reach the place through riding a taxi or a motorcycle which they call “habal-habal”.

The Monastery of the Holy Eucharist or commonly known to Cebuanos as “Birhen sa Simala” is situated in the southern part of Cebu. Specifically located in Marian Hills, Lindogon, Simala, Sibonga, Cebu, Philippines, the Monastery of the Holy Eucharist is famous for the miracles made by the Blessed Virgin Mary. Many are already walking testimonials to her divine grace and power for several different occurrences that happened to their lives. This is one of the many churches in the Philippines that practices Roman Catholic (Christianity) religion. Other religions in the Philippines include Taoism (see: Taoism in the Philippines), Jewish, Muslim, Protestant and many others. This may not be considered as a tourist destination but it is a must see/visit place just like Kan-Irag Nature Park,D’ Family Park, Cebu Tops and many many more.

Portofino Beach Resort located at Angasil Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City, and the travel time going to this resort is 15-30 minutes it depends on your origin in Cebu city. From the entrance of Portofino Beach Resort you need to travel another 800 meters going to the main entrance gate of Portofino Beach Resort.

The Sinulog festival is one of the grandest and most colorful festivals in the Philippines with a very rich history. The main festival is held each year on the third Sunday of January in Cebu City to honor the Santo Niño, or the child Jesus, who used to be the patron saint of the whole province of Cebu (since in the Catholic faith Jesus is not a saint, but God). It is essentially a dance ritual which remembers the Filipino people’s pagan past and their acceptance of Christianity.
The festival features some the country’s most colorful displays of pomp and pageantry: participants garbed in bright-colored costumes dance to the rhythm of drums, trumpets, and native gongs. The streets are usually lined with vendors and pedestrians all wanting to witness the street-dancing. Smaller versions of the festival are also held in various parts of the province, also to celebrate and honor the Santo Niño. There is also a Sinulog sa Kabataan, which is performed by the youths of Cebu a week before the Grand Parade.
Aside from the colorful and festive dancing, there is also the SME trade fair where Sinulog features Cebu export quality products and people around the world flock on the treasures that are Cebu.
Recently, the cultural event has been commercialized as a tourist attraction and instead of traditional street-dancing from locals, Sinulog also came to mean a contest featuring contingents from various parts of the country. The Sinulog Contest is traditionally held in the Cebu City Sports Complex, where most of Cebu’s major provincial events are held.

Yayks! But it’s more fun in the Philippines.

To experience its affluence, stay in its only 5-star hotel, the Marco Polo Plaza Cebu. Located in Nivel Hills, our hotel boasts of more than 320 luxurious rooms with grand facilities to match, plus a friendly staff that will pamper you like royalty. With these offerings, Marco Polo Plaza Cebu is clearly the top choice for an indulgent accommodation in the city.

Yeahbah! Thanks to Ate Rena and her sister Fedilyn for accommodating us.

Durhan White Beach Resort is a truly remarkable place to stay, a paradise sanctuary and is located in Tabunok, Tabuelan, Cebu, Philippines.

So refreshing! Aahhh… lol

We’ve been also to Bohol Island which is famous to it’s tourist destinations like resorts ,beaches and the most popular attraction, The Chocolate Hills.

Thank you so much to someone who brought us here in the beautiful and famous place of Bohol.

The famed Chocolate Hills of Bohol are not only two but more than 1,268 cone-shaped hills – a very strange geological formation that has baffled a lot of geologists. The hills are spread over an area of 50 square kilometers or more and vary in size from 30 meters to 120 meters in height.
The Chocolate Hills appear to be seemingly endless when viewed atop the hill in Carmen town. The viewing deck there gives you a 360° view of the hills “as far as the eyes can see”. It is more majestic when viewed from a plane – them appearing to be thousands of mole hills dotting out from verdant surroundings.

Arrival at Tagbilaran City which serves as Bohol ‘s capital city.

So, ayun na-erase si Ophax. Ay ambot! Boang ka pare hah. Hahaha… I love you guys.

One of the popular tourist activities in the province of Bohol is cruising down Loboc River while buffet dining on a Floating Restaurant. Emerald green because of the algae, Loboc River is 12 meters wide and 4 meters deep (I don’t know how long it is). You don’t cruise down the whole river, but the ride is around 40 minutes. At the turning point, you’ll find three mini waterfalls and a band of musicians on a floating raft playing folk tunes for the tourists.

And that’s all folks. I hope you’ve had some fun. Sorry guys like I mentioned earlier,I can’t include all our pictures kasi marami. If you wanna see all those…well,it’s in my album on facebook. nad_uhh21@yahoo.com

Till next time pipl. Time check : 6:46AM 7th July It’s Saturday and it’s time to have my self rest in bed. Yamowt! Grrr… x:/

CALL CENTER AGENT LIFE IN THE PHILIPPINES

Call Center life here in the Philippines is measured as the practical work these days. When it comes to accessibility, Filipinos are highly capable because of being flexible. There are people working even part time for this kind of job while studying. Even me, myself still wanting to continue my education. Reasons why foreign countries want to outsource here because they believed on the talents , intelligence and lifestyles of some Asian countries especially here in the Philippines.

Everyday you will see numbers of applicantslooking for job (especialy in some parts of Makati and Ortigas), job that could possibly give them experiences. The moment you get into this kind of work you will see for yourself the different changes that could happen. Late at night hangouts, taking advantage of spiffs and commissions, new colleagues, and interesting working environment are some of those changes. And honestly when I started working in a call center I found myslef very usefull prior to helping my family. For people spend their time to this kind of profession, some find it motivating for them for their personal growth which is really true.

It may be said that the Filipinos are patient and hardworking. Being on the phone for the total of 7-8 hours a day is not that easy if you’re not patient as much as necessary. It has often said that for the succeeding years, call center jobs here in the Philippines will still be the favored employment instead of working overseas.

Job Stress of Call Centre Employees

Ortigas Center-Second Business Capital of the Philippines

At first, I thought that working in a Philippine call center and this line of business would be so easy. But after these experiences, I was able to realized that this kind of job requires dedication and also and a lot of hard work. People often get the impression that the employees working in a call center here in the Philippines are those people who have no plans in life and just wanted a happy go lucky job. Although I would say that there are some who are like that, there are also others who are looking forward as to building a career in a call center because that is where they feel that they belong.

Somehow, you’ll feel more stress in life and find it so hard when working so long in same old ways. You’ll find it boring and you wanted to try something new. Somehow you’ll find it more fun and exiting.  Eitherway the knowledge and the fun that I had cannot be  exchange for any amounts that you feel contented in a certain level. Further,I still recommend you to try for you to experience the abnormal life of being a call center agent. I must say if I come back to anywhere,I need to go today.

I would strongly say that today, call centers are the most promising and rewarding industry. If you wish to build a career and be a manager and even if you are a college undergraduate, then here is the place. So long as you put your heart into it and aim high, you will surely get it!

Hello, welcome to my blog site!

Welcome to my blog! callcentertravelphilippines.wordpress.com

As you can see, I’m just getting started here. Honestly, it’s been so long since I feel like doing this and encouraged myself. But I refused as I was able to think that it’s not easy and my time wouldn’t be enough because I ‘m a call center agent. I decided to go along with this and I think it would be so much fun.

This is my very first post.  You too can create a blog like this or those you’ve seen on the internet. You can also learn so many things and get to know something new.  You can tell your story or whatever you have to say about your life, doesn’t matter.  For me it’s more fun, this  is my way of expressing how I feel .

I hope you’ll find this one as a way of creating your own.

Happy blogging!
